Polish language to obtain Card of the Pole |

Studying Polish with us it is an opportunity to get ready to obtain the Card of the Pole. You will learn not only to communicate in Polish, but will get ready for the interview with the consul, that is an obligation when you obtain the Card of the Pole.
During the teaching you will get acquainted with the Polish traditions, culture and short history. You will get acquainted with the peculiarities of Polish cuisine and with well-known Polish people. During lessons you will "find” the Pole in yourself. Card of the Pole
The card of the Pole is the document certifying the belonging to the people of Poland. The owner of this card has the rights coming out of the law "About the Card of the Pole", accepted by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland on the 7th of September, 2007.Main information To obtain the Card of the Pole can any person, that considers herself/himself belonging to the Polish people and who meets the following requirements: 1. Prove his/her connection with polish culture with the basic knowledge of Polish language, that is considered to be the native language, and also by the knowledge and adherence to the polish customs and traditions; 2. In the presence of consul of Republic of Poland give the written application on belonging to Polish people; 3. Proves that he is Polish by nationality or had the Polish citizenship or at least one of the parents or grandparents or grand-grand parents had the Polish citizenship (represent the original documents and their copies); Or give the written reference from Polish organization proving its active participation for the benefit of polish language and culture and Polish minority group within at least three years. The owner of the Card of the Pole has the right: • be free from duty to have the work permission on the territory of Republic of Poland; • lead the economic activity on the same conditions as Polish citizens; • enter and study at the doctoral candidacy or obtain another form of education and also participate at the scientific researches and researches of the development character; • obtain the education due to the conditions specified in the law dated from 7th of September, 1991 about the educational system (“Law herald” 2004, No. 256, position 2572 (with later changes of p.5); • in emergency cases use in Poland free medical aid on the same conditions as the people from Poland; • use the 37% discount to travel on the railway transport on the territory of Poland; • free visits of the public museums in Poland; • apply in the first line for financial aid from the budget of Poland or from the budget of local control bodies in Poland, intended for support of the Polish population abroad; • free from payment to get the visa; • get the visa only on the basis of card without additional documents (invitation, insurance) |
